VENICEMARATHON - REGISTRATIONS TAKE OFF!

Registrations take off! At the first deadline of April 10^th (reserved to Italian runners) the registrations boomed. In fact over 3,000 marathoners have ensured their starting place on Sunday, October 25^th.

It is easy to register:

- online, paying by credit card (click here):

- by paper form (to be sent via post or fax) with payment by bank wire transfer (click here and follow the instructions)

Remember that if you ran the Venicemarathon in 2007 or 2008 you are entitled to a discount of € 20,00. Just insert your Venicemarathon Fidelity Program code in the space provided in the registration form.

Don't forget that the participant cap is fixed at 6,000 registrations, therefore do not wait!

MY 1st MARATHON

For all the people that run regularly but have never felt the excitement of 26 miles, we've created My 1st Marathon, a complete package which includes registration for the Venicemarathon and a sixteen week personalised training program.

Plus, many more details: a special gadget besides the one in your goody bag, a reserved tent at the start and the finish and a preferential starting number.

MARATHON FOTO: YOUR OFFICIAL VENICEMARATHON PHOTOS

From this year your official race photos will be taken by MarathonFoto. You will have the chance to choose to purchase the photos you want or one CD or a USB flash drive with all photos or else a personalized poster. Click here for further information.

MarathonFoto continues to be the premier name in event photography. In business for the past three decades, they have grown and changed to meet the needs of the industry. They have improved their approach to documenting the event by listening to the customers, by continuously training their people and by investing in photographic and computer technology.

A team of professional photographers will take multiple photos of event participants at several different locations on the course as well as at the finish line. The photos will be available on www.marathonfoto.com within 2 - 5 days of the event and will mail digital color proofs to participants within 4 - 7 days of the event with no obligation to purchase.

After being at the London Marathon the Venicemarathon staff will be at your complete disposal for information and registrations at the Copenhagen Marathon Exhibition from the 22^nd to the 24^th of May.
