The "Movimento in Circuito" program continues for another two weeks, now with the support of LIVE videos on the Venicemarathon website together with the athlete Alice Cherciu. We focus on the same exercises already learned in the last month, slightly raising the number of repetitions of each exercise. In the LIVE video Alice Cherciù will keep the aerobic part at five minutes.
